Social Media Coordinator

We are currently searching for Social Media Coordinator to join this growing professional services business. The Social Media Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing and reporting on current and future social media channels for each of their brands.

The Social Media Coordinator is the first point of contact for all queries on social media channels and will respond promptly as per departmental and company goals. The social media coordinator will escalate customers concerns and feedback (both positive and negative) to the relevant manager or general manager for resolution. Ensure content is posted as per agreed schedule and report on key social media metrics.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple social media communities across key channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin)
- Escalate customers interactions where necessary to key stakeholders
- Create social media / content distribution calendar across each business unit
- Build new social media channels strategically aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and report on social media channels activity

Key Requirements
- 1-2 years social media experience
- Experience with Radian 6 desirable but not mandatory
- Experience utilising applications such as HootSuite and Tweetdeck
- Naturally inquisitive about digital and social
- Excellent communicator to a broad range of stakeholders
