Social Media Coordinator

Contract with possibility for extension or perm with Fortune 500 Tech company in San Francisco!

**This position will be Part Time: 10-15 hours per week**

Monitor all Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) daily. Respond to engagements/conversations as appropriate and escalate to if potential concerns arise
Coordinate Weekly Social Media content calendar with Marketing Programs and the Product Marketing Manager team.
Prepare monthly reports, with findings and recommendations for each social media account and distribute to Marketing Team.
Assist Demand Gen team with responding to comments etc on channels and make suggestions on how to improve sponsored social media content.
Assist PMM team with pulling stats for blog posts, product launches and other key activities, to be distributed to cross-functional teams.
Review current reporting through Cosmos and make recommendations on how to improve in order to better understand social metrics across the company.
Assist with maintaining brand consistency across social channels; flag rogue accounts and work with Program Manager to rectify.
Project manage the Monthly Newsletter content; pull monthly newsletter stats from Pardot and update in Cosmos Social Dashboard.

Experience
Social Media/Community Manager experience, managing large social media channels (50K+ followers/fans etc)
Interest in working with developers and a general understanding of technical content (PaaS/IaaS/Programming Languages such as Ruby/Node.js/Java)
Previous experience working in technology/tech startup is a plus
Proficient using social media monitoring tools, preferably s Social Studio

Examples
Would like to see examples of channels managed previously, and perhaps have the person create a sample social media campaign for an upcoming product launch or customer story post.
