Social Media Content Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to manage our client's Social Media community. Write and publish branded content that supports thier overall social media strategy. Create weekly and monthly reports on key social metrics.

Specific duties may include:
- Authors monthly content calendar to align with initiatives and key dates, including geo targeting and coordinating translation
- Writes content, assembles assets and publish to all relevant social channels
- Run weekly editorial meeting to coordinates with all stakeholders globally for content generation and reviews
- Curates travel industry content to share on social channels (monitoring key pubs, press pick-ups)
- Monitors posts for any branded follow up / interaction
- Collaborate with Social Customer Service team to address guest concerns
- Assist individual hotels with social media as needed
- Manage all stock and branded imagery, videos, and UGC on social channels
- Proactively improve organization and engagement on key social channels
- Maintain weekly and monthly social media metrics reports
- Create case studies of successful implementations to build institutional knowledge of best practices

Requirements
We're seeking candidates that have experience working with a global brand on social media or communications and a proven ability to talk and write in the brand voice. Prior experience as a social media community manager preferred, either at an agency or on the client side. Candidates should have expert knowledge of social media platforms and be comfortable on Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree required.
