Do you want to work alongside leading social media influencers and at the forefront of innovative social strategies? Do you have a passion for creating social content and community building online?

Our client, a top tier CPG organization, has a Social Media Community Manager position that will allow you to ‘lead the pack’ as the voice of one our brands. With the opportunity to work alongside experts at the top of their field, you own the editorial calendar and drive much of the conversation in one of the most emotional categories in the world: pet care.

- Role focuses on creating hundreds of pieces of great, dynamic content that penetrates a passionate online community and amplifies social advocates for our brand.
- Serve as the effervescent party host, engaging the hundreds of men, women, dogs and cats that come to their brands’ social communities daily.
- You connect with social influencers and initiate inventive strategies to activate them for our brands. -
- Social Media responsibilities include - Facebook, Twitter, Buzzfeed – and their counterparts – for the opportunity to receive training, guidance and support from the world’s social elites.

- Must be outgoing creative and a team player
- An open, free-thinking space conducive for constant interaction and innovative brainstorming.

• Report onsite during regular bus hours +/~ 1 hour Sat/Sun to engage on brand platforms (remote on wkend hour/s)

• 2+ years as the creator of social content (not just part of team, the actual creator)
• Exceptional writing skills (social media copywriting experience)
• Active "personal accounts" on social platforms
• Portfolio required - Demonstrated winning social content created for brands
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Team Player: support to brand team that can influence action

St. Louis, MO, 40 hours a week, occasional overtime
