Social Media Community Manager

This role is responsible for community management (60-70%) for Kelly Services' B2B verticals with additional e-mail and web responsibilities (30-40%). Candidates should be able to build content strategies/plans around brand awareness objectives. In addition, candidates should be able to track measurement/ROI.

Candidate Should Possess These Skills:
• Moderate-to-high proficiency with Twitter: Building engagement and interaction via @mentions to influential Twitter handles and hash tags.
• Moderate-to-high proficiency with LinkedIn: Building engagement via the identification of appropriate discussion groups and monitoring and posting regularly to said groups.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement the organization’s global public online properties and global interactive marketing initiatives that include:
• Create, launch, and support Social Media, marketing email and web site strategies
• Manage interactive projects
• Develop and evaluate interactive analytics
• Assist with SEO/SEM efforts
• Community management of various Social Networks
• Develop and deploy various Marketing email programs
• Create, launch, and support Web sites using Content Management Systems
• Remain up to date and understand new interactive techniques and technologies
• Evaluate and recommend vendors, hardware, software, products, services, and online communities consistent with Kelly’s online channel needs.

• Manage through matrixed global relationships, the activities of developers, vendors, consultants, and designers.
• Create and analyze multi-dimensional metric reports that include tracking, trending and analysis related to Web site traffic, conversation and campaign effectiveness.

Create, launch, and support Web sites using Content Management Systems

Skills Required: Internet based marketing; project management; web development; Marketing email; web based communications; social networks; mobile apps; web technologies; traditional marketing; web-enabling technologies including Content Management Systems; understand/monitor trends in interactive marketing; written and verbal communication skills; mastery of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web browsers, email applications; problem solving/analytical skills
