Social Media Community Manager

Lead the day to day community management across a portfolio of clients, developing engaging content calendars, enhancing the brand tonality and growing overall interactivity with the online communities. Contribute to the team social media offering, including blogger outreach, social media listening and working closely with the creative team to develop awesome social media ideas / strategy. Introduce copy writing as a new service we can sell to clients and provide to support across other teams when required.

Key Responsibilities include;
Become the voice of the clients within your portfolio and bring their personality to life through day to day social media communications
Develop content calendars and ongoing social media communications
Moderate user comments, liaising with the marketing, customer service and legal teams where required
Liaise and coordinate with planners & client leads to ensure integration, consistency & effectiveness
Develop & monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the community, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of new initiatives & ongoing activity
Feedback insights gained from community monitoring both with clients and internal client leads & strategy teams to influence their strategies in a timely fashion
Support delivery of blogger outreach programs, listening and other social media projects. Contribute to brainstorms and other ideation/inspiration sessions.
Build relationships with technology providers and other third-party suppliers to ensure a world-class social media offering.
Work with other members of the digital team to manage workload, projects, and the overall strategic direction of the team.
Identify and champion new opportunities to create products and services for our clients, including copy writing.

Requirements;
Hands on experience in community management across Facebook, YouTube & Twitter. Experience in copy writing, developing content calendars and content strategies
Understand how emerging technology, new platforms can be effectively deployed for brands
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, sign off process, and supplier billing
Have experience managing people and working in an integrated agency
Be a creative thinker who will always look for innovative solutions for our clients and our business
Be a positive, conscientious leader who inspires the agency
Have outstanding client skills, and the ability to explain and sell digital ideas to clients
