Social Media Campaign Manager (Facebook)

Looking for a Campaign Manager to bring expertise in Facebook marketing to jump start this companies Facebook customer acquisition campaign. This person will report to the Director of Search Marketing and will work with 3 other people on the SEM team.

Initially focused on developing the US market, the campaign manager will also assist in setting up international campaigns. Once the program is up and running, they will also be responsible for training and transitioning the program to other staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently scale up the paid social channel with Facebook and Instagram as top priorities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish KPIs and success metrics for paid social campaigns
- Partner with the in-house creative team to develop creative that performs against the KPIs
- Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to further scale the program and drive efficiency
- Use guidelines and reports from analytics team to regularly measure performance of campaigns
- Use campaigns to extract insights about customer behavior; continuously improving campaign strategies through creative and targeting
- Communicate results and insights effectively within the marketing organization and to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years successfully growing paid social channels
- Highly quantitative; drive decisions using data, from A/B testing to sound data modeling
- Successful experience using Facebook’s Business Manager to execute and improve on campaigns
- Strong cross-functional skills with Art.com digital marketing, international marketing, creative, and analytics team
- Background in B2C retail e-commerce a big plus

CONTRACT:
- 6 Month contract to start, 40 hours a week, onsite in Emeryville - Potential to convert to full-time
