The Social Media Associate Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media for the the non-profit arm of the company. This role’s primary focus is to advance all social media initiatives, to clearly communicate messaging, manage fundraising campaigns, and to promote the membership on all popular social channels. This role will require you to work closely with the Agency and internal teams to build the brand, increase brand awareness, create campaigns and support the sales objectives of the organization.

The Social Media Associate Manager will build strategic roadmaps to expand brand awareness, grow the online presence through all social media channels, increase audience engagement and retain loyal followers.
The Social Media Associate Manager is responsible for managing, creating and driving fundraising campaigns that align to the holistic brands of the company. Experience in all aspects of social media content production, management and analysis (analytics), including writing messaging aligned with the overall marketing messaging, authoring feature articles/blogs for websites, and conducting in-person and phone interviews is necessary.Additionally, the Social Media Associate Manager will have responsibilities for internal communication campaigns related to other company sub-functions such as HR recruiting. The Social Media Associate Manager must possess a passion for content relative to travel, non- profit, direct-selling and social industries, and have a commitment to accuracy while thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.
