You will be…
- leading a team of hungry designers
- creating content across social media platforms
- owning projects for multiple clients
- innovating ideas and solutions within your team’s executions
- presenting creative decisions internally and externally
- guiding our clients & staff in the social media space
- building and maintaining peer-to-peer client bonds
- improving creative processes
- collaborating with clients and internal teams

You have…
EXPERIENCE: You’ve earned your stars as a poised creative leader (3-5 years), and have your BFA or equivalent work experience. Ideally, you can direct and produce.

PRESENCE: You can charm our pants off while convincing us we weren’t wearing them in the first place. You are not scared of client interaction, and can confidently defend and sell your design decisions.

SOCIAL EXPERTISE: The WHY behind successful social content is obvious to you, as are the varying nuances of each platform. You easily ideate how to spark fan conversation across platforms.

DESIGN CHOPS: You heave at just the thought of dummy quotes and widows. Design fundamentals, attention to detail, and quality control have been hammered into your way of life, and you have no problem hammering it into those you direct. You could teach someone the Adobe Creative Suite in your sleep.

DIRECTING CHOPS: You effectively direct your designers to stellar work, as you simultaneously keep them focused and push them to grow. You know what it takes to create, and can steer your team around common creative and client challenges.

THINKING: Not only can you concept on a dime, but you also know how to encourage those under and around you to imagine. Brainstorms, big or small, are where you shine, and you are eager to guide ideation sessions.

MATURITY: You are a mature and confident creative professional with an understanding of the logistical side. Budgets, scopes, teams, deadlines, quick turnaround asks, and full-time, ongoing projects don’t make you flinch.

CURIOSITY: Learning, and improvement, never stops. You actively foster an environment of open feedback to keep yourself, and your team, advancing.
