Social Media & Community Specialis

Our client is a high profile leader in their market with a culture that encourages innovation and creativity. As the Social Media & Community Specialist your role will be primarily responsible for managing social channels from planning through to execution across a high profile network of brands.

As part of this high performing marketing team you will be responsible for:

Manage the brand reputation across social channels, and ensure message relevancy & brand tone consistency
Collaborate with external Creative & PR agencies to deliver inspiring static and video content
Create, source, edit and record engaging content across social channels and web publication
Identify and nurture advocates, interact in real time with fans
Champion social media content strategy, and execute social marketing calendar
Lead a strong internal social contributor program, educate / influence stakeholders to contribute
Track influential measurements, prepare reports to highlight and generate engagement insights

You will be:
An adaptable creative thinker, who enjoys taking a resourceful approach
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years community / social media management experience
Possess excellent creative writing skills, ability to identify content that draws an audience
Be a team player and enjoy working in an innovative, fast paced environment
