We need a strategic thinking social media marketing leader who can apply their expertise to the recruiting space. Own the development of the objectives and strategy for how we use social media marketing to hire the best and brightest talent, and execute the tactics and tests that get us to transformational results. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the social media strategy and execution, overseeing all of our social media channels, to promote our employment brand and increase candidate acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with recruiting leaders and marketing team to develop social media strategy, tactics, process, and calendar that will help meet hiring goals and key success metrics.
• Develop and implement innovative highly measurable social media programs and campaigns, with user engagement and experience in mind.
• Oversee the editorial calendar and lead content creation across all channels.
• Monitor social media conversations and mentions.
• Manage social media marketing programs budget and forecasting.
• Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise-level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods.

Qualifications
• 5-7 years of demonstrated in-house professional experience in leading social media strategy, content and execution for a technology company or customer-focused brand required.
• Deep social media expertise both from a strategy and execution standpoint. The ideal candidate will be a blend of digital strategist and social platform expert.
• Able to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business and marketing objectives.
• Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable marketing programs.
• Experience with social media monitoring and measurement tools .
• Experience with digital analytics & media tracking tools (Omniture & Google Analytics).
• Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and reconciling differences.
• Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully.
• Bachelors degree required.
