In this exciting role, you will be focused on establishing a best in class operational social marketing model with the Senior Manager of Digital Experience. You will also work closely with outside agencies to track and optimize performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own and drive content calendars across all applicable platforms
• Partner with agency to champion adaptive marketing by tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaigns in real time
• Develop strategies and recommendations that are grounded in analytics
• Work in close collaboration with various internal groups including Media, Marketing Communications, Brand Management, PR, Customer Service and other Business Units
• Deliver holistic campaign performance metrics evaluation
• Partner with agency to embrace and champion adaptive marketing by tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaigns in real time
• Develop social metrics’ reporting structure, lead hind-sighting, and regularly communicate insights to company
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Communications and Brand Management departments to ensure Social supports major product stories and seasonal campaigns
• Partner with the social coordinator to pull samples for social shoots as they align with product stories and flows
