The Social Engagement Strategist is responsible for the daily management of social media communities for select properties across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Tumblr. In addition to community management, this individual works closely with members of the Marketing & Creative team and the Ad Sales team to develop strategies & tactics that engage fans and drive viral conversation, supporting the network's overall ratings and revenue goals. Candidate should be a detail oriented, creative multi-tasker who actively stays ahead of industry trends in order to contribute to the success in all social environments.

* Manage the day-to-day messaging, monitoring, and moderation of select communities across multiple social platforms
* Partner with internal and external partners to ideate and develop content ideas that drive engagement and ad sales revenue
* Route materials across multiple departments to secure all necessary approvals
* Develop windowing strategies across platforms and maintain content distribution calendars
* Partner with Media Relations to coordinate live tweeting events & related projects requiring talent involvement
* Track metrics, provide analysis and compile weekly reports by property
* Monitor and report platform updates, bugs or changes that affect day-to-day execution or overall community management
* Research competitive landscape and new social media platforms, compiling information & creating summaries for internal distribution
