The role
Our client, an innovative and creative digital marketing agency, is looking for a passionate Social Content Producer to join their London office on a permanent basis. As a small, close knit team with exciting growth plans we are looking for someone with a can-do creative attitude, an agile approach to working and a passion for social.

Responsibilities:
• Generating creative routes for social media campaigns with a strong understanding of different social platforms, how content should fit within those platforms and ability to work collaboratively with other team members to find the creative solution to a brief
• Maintain a strong understanding of the campaign strategy in relation to client’s business, to ensure effective contribution to the creative and communications planning process
• Instigate and lead effective brainstorms where appropriate to inspire and initiate creative thinking
• Briefing, inspiring and participating with other internal resources
• Presenting work to client; documenting and disseminating feedback and gaining approvals
• Working with account teams and copywriters for digital asset creation for use online, including JPEG, GIF and video files

Skills & experience:
• Consumer understanding – be able to articulate the key consumer insights and how these inform the creative and communications development process and subsequent solutions
• Budget management – ability to forecast and reconcile your budgets with internal teams and demonstrate value of work being delivered
• Strong presentation skills
• Content planning skills and content calendar production capabilities – either working with a Social Media Manager or unsupported
• Pre-production capabilities (eg location scouting, prop sourcing, venue hire, model & talent contracts, budget and timeline management)
• Studio lighting and kit management (set production, backdrops, props, kit maintenance)
• Strong working knowledge of prop hire and production companies – ability to work with a Production Team to seek out external input to support shoots
• Advanced technical knowledge of digital SLRs & lenses (preferably Canon) essential
• Wide technical knowledge of lighting for location and studio work (strobes, speedlights, reflectors/ modifiers and ambient lighting)
• Technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, audio and lighting for video recording on location and in studio environments
• Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Adobe Audition for audio optimization
