Social Content Marketing Executive

Firebrand are excited to be again partnering with leading technology start up for the search for a gun Social Content Marketing Executive.
Reporting to the Social Communities & Content Marketing Manager, this position will be a key player in the growth of social communities and content led marketing.
You will be required to work with the Social & Content Marketing Manager to assist in building out the social media content plan,
including social media posts, website & customer content and also driving thought leadership pieces.

This role also includes reporting and insights that will influence the strategy across all channel to drive brand awareness, customer service and consumer engagement.
A key component of this role will also be community management, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questions from existing and potential customers.

Key Accountabilities can be split into 4 main areas

Content Creation
• Create a variety of content types to engage with the relevant audiences including - blogs, social posts, images and video to align with the approved content calendar
• Act as guardian for the quality of the content and assets being created and ensure all content is meaningful and compelling
• Ensure storytelling is at the heart of all content conception
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities to develop and distribute content in social media channels
• Ensure all communication with students utilising the community platforms is in support of all overall sales and marketing strategies within the company

Community Management
• Monitor and respond to communities within agreed SLAs
• Identify key influencers and brand advocates within the community and foster dialogue
• Support strategy for lead gen, customer care and support
• Ensure community guidelines are adhered to and assist with escalation polices where required.

Social Listening & Reporting
• Assist with reporting and analysis of key social metrics to business stakeholders
• Monitor and analysis of social media trends and their impact.

Team Contribution
• Contribute to a productive working environment through constructive, appropriate and timely communication to team and others
• Participate the brands initiatives and activities
• Administration activities
• Contribute to the management of team WIPs and planning documents.
• Contribute to compliance activities as required

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years experience within a similar social and/or content focused role either client or agency side
• A passion for social media and content marketing is a MUST! Love what you do.
• Proven experience in using listening tools to increase engagement and assist with measuring campaign ROI
• Experience using Salesforce Communities and/or Salesforce social tools e.g. Radian6 (Exact Target) will be well regarded
• Excellent written communication skills and well-presented
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
