*You must be able to demonstrate a large following on Instagram and have a Pinterest account.
This large online retailer are offering the opportunity for a junior to grow a new fashion media channel on instagram and learn how to interpret the data and analytics behind campaigns.
Monitor all social platforms and engage with consumers and influencers - in the brand voice – on a daily basis, focusing on Instagram now, but expanding into Facebook and Pinterest soon.
Partner closely with Online Customer Service team to handle sensitive customer care inquiries on social.
Monitor social media platforms for any issues or crises and inform manager and customer service teams.
Responsible for keeping a pulse on what’s trending on emerging social platforms, communicating and sharing those trends with internal teams, and finding creative opportunities to interpret them in
the brand voice.
Working with our internal team on influencer initiatives and gathering user generated content from them to share across our feed.
Work on capturing images and videos for both the feed and the Stories channel.
Experience growing brands across social and growing follower count and engagement organically.
Work closely with manager on creating, distributing and gaining approvals on the monthly social media calendar to sr. leadership.
Write social copy for various posts across all channels, working closely with cross functional partners in copywriting and communications departments.
Assist manager with owned social analytics and competitive research, etc. as needed.
Work with Manager to strategize, organize and attend social media photo shoots, participating in the asset creation process.
Identify on-brand user-generated content (UGC), particularly on Instagram, and from top influencers, and secure approvals
Experience with social community management tool & content management tools (i.e., Hootsuite, Sprinklr
True passion for social media, active daily life in social media
Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication & quantitative skills.
Must have a good balance of creative and quantitative skills.
Highly organized, attention to detail is critical
Candidate must be a positive, can-do team player who likes to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be able to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure; work independently and be flexible to handle changing priorities.
Proficiency utilizing all Microsoft applications including Word, Advanced Excel,
Availability for weekend & after hour community management coverage for live events & crisis management scenarios (as needed)
