Social & Web Content Manager, Talent Attraction

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and versatile social and web content manager to lead online engagement and content development efforts for corporate talent attraction channels. You will work with our global talent acquisition and corporate communications teams to develop and execute the owned and earned media strategy that will help attract a wealth of new talent.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute web content and social media strategies to attract and convert new talent to employment opportunities.
• Maintain and update website content on the corporate Careers website. Align editorial voice and campaigns with corporate communications standards and themes.
• Own and operate the social channels for talent acquisition. Develop, write, and post new content for social channels. Amplify owned and earned content in support of talent attraction objectives. Drive follower engagement, brand monitoring, and social listening.
• Partner closely with cross-functional partners to help drive web content and social media thought leadership, optimization, integration, and synergies across all corporate digital channels.
• Leverage web and social analytics platforms to develop actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a web content and/or social media role, preferably in a talent attraction organization.
• Solid written and oral communication skills, and excellent editorial judgment.
• Experience with web content management systems and social media management and analytics tools.
• Solid technical skills, including Excel and basic HTML.
• Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities on a daily basis.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
