A professional, experienced senior editor who’s as comfortable editing someone else’s words as
you are filling a blank page with your own. Your goal: help us shape bold, strategic, and
persuasive business-to-business (B2B) marketing content that furthers the company's
position as a health care leader.
You’ll join a team of skilled content experts, working closely with internal business partners and clients to ensure we’re developing innovative content while maintaining our brand and voice
standards. Depending on our team’s daily needs, you may also be also be called upon to write

Serve as a senior editor across a variety of channels from print to digital, ensuring content is
clear, engaging, accurate, and adheres to brand and style guidelines.
Perform a cross-functional role that can also research, write, and proofread content on an asneeded
Collaborate with creative team and project managers to align content and voice with overall
messaging platform, organizational mission, and business objectives.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers with razor sharp attention to detail,
messaging, and market insight
Ratio of workload will most likely be 60% editing, 40% writing.
B.A. required, preferably in a related field (journalism, marketing, communications, media)
Minimum five (5) years in an editing role, with progressively increased responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to research and write content in both online and print channels
Strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability and desire to handle time-critical editing and writing requests in a fast-paced
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively with internal editorial
and marketing staff, as well as business partners
Must be well-versed in AP style
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required, Lotus Notes and MRM a plus
B2B and health care industry experience a plus
