Site Monitors (first line of defense for data issues, SKU issues and other issues within Dotcom site)

Position Overview:

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
Smoke Test and Validate the data before it goes live and then Smoke Test and validate once it has gone live
Main responsibility is Quality Control and level one processing of content and access request
Smoke Testing for creative services
Validate all Sale Data
Work non business hours monitoring for SKU and data issues including Deal of the Day and sale data.
Additionally performs legal audits and helps transitions releases to production
Quality assurance and quality control are main roles of position (in addition to fire fighting in the event of problems in pricing, inventory and other potential data issues).
Logging issues into internal systems
Attention to detail is a must have.
Team player, attitude more important, any web technology experience is a plus.

3rd shift Hours
Will work 5 days on 3rd shift, 10 days on days & weekends to equal 40 hours. (rotating schedule)
• Weekend Shifts, Holiday coverage is required: 6:00pm-8:00am
Systems Training/Aptitude for systems
Work Offsite/ some potential onsite

Day to Day expectations
Third Shift Hours
Make sure the data transmits as planned.
There will be certain times of the day when they will need to verify data
Police on certain days of the week to make sure employees are making changes
Smoke Testing on Market Place Data – Deep Dive into data to make sure it is accurate
Report on issues
