Our NA Merchandising team is looking for an experienced site merchandiser who can employ innovative techniques to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for: 
- improving shopability by optimizing our site and ensuring our inventory and content is presented with an elevated, relevant look and feel, and 
- leveraging web analytics to promote the discoverability and selection of products to ensure we meet our customers’ needs and interests. 
The successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects 
• Experience communicating and presenting to various roles within an organization 
• Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment 
• Work effectively across teams, drive for outcomes and communicate context 
• BA/BS or equivalent job experience 
Preferred Qualifications 
• Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly.- 

REQUIRED 
• Strong analytical skills: understand and use web metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content. 
• Experience leading cross-functional projects 
Expert level photoshop 

Team: Site merchandise, electronics division 
Team works on shopping experience with the product team to highlight specific products for launches (such as iPhone or video games). They drive the browser functions and the stories. 

Day to Day: Use a tracker to review requests for update assets by replacing copy, source images for campaigns, build assets based on messaging and size criteria, brand and style guidelines. 99% of the position will be design focus so a design eye is required. 

Skills: 
Expert Photoshop 
Able to listen and execute the end product 
Detail oriented/ great design eye 
Able to meet deadlines 
Knowledge of electronics is a plus 

Industry: in house experience with retail, consumer, or e-commerce
