A bachelor's degree is required, as well as 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Specific experience with:
We are seeking a savvy, experienced digital Site Merchandiser to lead our online marketing efforts for one of our digital products. This is a newly formed role which will join at the ground floor and will have both the freedom and the responsibility to develop and execute a winning marketing strategy to attract loyal subscribers. It will report to the GM of Kindle Unlimited.

The right fit for our team will be excited to tackle hard new problems, be obsessed with customer experience, have an opinion and relentlessly challenge the status quo, have a high attention to detail, be a scrappy pragmatist, and have the capacity to both think and do. She or he will be data driven, a self-starter and have good judgment.

We are a small team with a single threaded focus on continuing to make our digital product unlimited.

Project Description:
• Covering a leave of absence

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
• This is a customer facing role - They will be writing, copying, and delivering messages to customers every day.
• Working with international teams
• Building campaigns
• Communicating updates about campaigns to stakeholders
• There is a good mix of executing and setting the strategy for the challenges and needs for the team
• Constant prioritizing

Typical work day:
• 45-50 hrs/week - this role has a large scope

Team culture:
• Small team of 5; collaborative.

Must have skills:
• Digital marketing
• Proficient in Excel
• Familiar with reporting and metrics (give specifics)
• Being able to identify and call out key data points
• Clear communication both verbally and written
