Are you interested in a high-impact role with the opportunity to flex your creative and strategic muscles? We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Senior Site Merchandiser to drive demand and grow the client's business through creative marketing, data-driven customer targeting, and strategic content planning. You will be responsible for optimizing merchandising efforts for maximum adoption, leveraging iterative testing and data analysis while ensuring the quality of our content. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for this client and possess exceptional skills in project management and effective marketing and merchandising strategies.

Key Reponsibilities
•Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing initiatives for the client across several channels.
•Create, plan, and schedule content on the client's homepage, as well as for the family device detail pages, and other customer touch points.
•Write strong copy, including irresistible calls-to-action for targeted audiences.
•Conduct A/B testing to understand key factors for trial, adoption, and retention of our products.
•Analyze performance of content and email, and other campaign metrics to determine marketing decisions and report on results.
•Analyze traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection.
•Drive site improvements by coordinating with project managers, web developers, buyers, designers, and other merchandisers.
•Brainstorm new ideas and work with the team to launch and test new merchandising tactics, gather metrics and share best practices.
•Own the client’s social brand including Twitter and Facebook.

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
•5+ years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising and/or site merchandising
•Experience creating and executing highly visible online customer experiences
•Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the internet shopper
•Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements
•Experience leading successful cross-functional teams to achieve goals on-time and on-budget
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
