This position will assist in site management and work related to initiatives for mobile group to include the following areas:
• Library inventory, site traffic, keywords/search terms, heat maps, verbatim, page-level redirection implementation
• Template development
• Platform-related tasks and investigation (e.g., site tab redirection, control/behavior specifications)
• Marketing page update submittals, tracking, and troubleshooting
• Monthly metrics and analysis, and backup for blog production
• Manage system internals site, as needed
• Blog – production and process management
o Building blog project, as scoped
• Website content publishing, including documenting best practices and staying trained up on fast-paced changes for complex production process
• Pull metrics for scorecard projects, as needed
• Pull metrics, track, and coordinate information for project initiative
• Create and maintain style guides
• Assist in reconciliation of disparate content playbook guidance
• Assist in rebranding projects
• Triage monthly broken link reports
• Monitor and triage site feedback alias for our portals
• Scrub UI strings for on-premises offerings, as needed
• Design, create, and advise templates; implement and update pages
• Move inaccessible content to enable ongoing edit-ability of the content
• Assist with Library initiative
• Implement learning, training/certification, downloads, video, and RSS feed experiences in library or in portals
• QA library content for release, QA infographics for publication, etc.
• Create and maintain Wikipedia entries
• Manage monthly update services in publishing and assess delivery channel options
• Production of newsletter, in accordance with Communications Team strategy
• Write and/or assess content, as needed
• Other content management, production, and structural development, as needed
