Site Manager

We’re looking for a site manager to help deliver new support experiences for consumers across consumer content channels. In this role, you’ll work with content assets for in-product experiences and for web properties. You’ll work with internal tools to update text, preview and test experiences, and incorporate feedback. You'll work closely with writers, PMs, and support teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience, as well as keep the right people (management, peers, cross-group business partners) informed of plans, progress, and decisions through reviews, status updates, work items. You’ll work with localization on the international site experience and handoffs.

You:
• Are passionate about customer experiences, usability, and content
• Are a strong, collaborative project manager who follows through
• Can juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Have attention for detail
• Confidently navigate ambiguity

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 2+ years managing or producing a global website or content experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience working with CMSes and internal tools to create and publish content. Familiarity with Compass, VSO, and Fwlink Tool is a plus.
• Experience working with localization teams
• Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications
