Our client is seeking a Site Manager to support their digital Marketing efforts. This role is responsible for working with the Marketing team to manage content posting and publishing, design, usability and customer interface for our client’s website. This professional will promote the web marketing strategy by developing and maintaining effective content that conveys thought leadership, drives market awareness and deeper engagement with the target audiences. Strong project management ability, conceptual experience in digital executions, troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude are required. Must have exceptional attention to detail and follow through as well as the ability to work with multiple personality types. Expert knowledge of HTML, Sitecore, Adobe Experience

Manager and email marketing tools are desired along with demonstrated knowledge of web analytics and reporting.

-Translate corporate brand into web publication content and design that optimizes the user experience across all platforms.
-Work cross-functionally to build and execute an integrated content strategy designed to drive acquisition and enhance the customer lifecycle.
-Post new and maintain existing site content. Create and oversee content calendars and schedule of publications.
-Support web strategy by researching, analyzing and defining customer behaviors and using digital tools for site management and analytics.
-Lead testing engagements through conception, launch, analysis and resulting implementations.
-Monitor campaign performance to troubleshoot, resolve or escalate potential issues.
-Review best practices in the industry and work to ensure company is in-line or exceeds these standards.
-Serve as firm-wide key contact and knowledge base for website publishing needs.
-Work with business development contacts to provide clients appropriate site access.
Recommend and implement best practices for registration and permissions.

What You’ll Bring:

-Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum 3 years’ experience working in digital marketing with a focus on optimizing websites
-Expert knowledge of content management systems (Sitecore, Adobe Experience
Manager) preferred
-Experience with HTML/email marketing tools and site analytics
-Strong conceptual thinking, with an ability to execute creative solutions from start to finish
-Strong sense of template usability
-Appropriate sense of urgency with exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to escalate when appropriate
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate information cross-functionally
-Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while also maintaining flexibility to change focus quickly as priorities shift
-Proofreading and quality control skills focused on accuracy of typing, layout and format consistency
-Enthusiastic, open-minded and approachable
-Aptitude for learning and using new software
-Interest in the asset management business
