Shopper Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a strong marketing project manager with consumer promotions experience.


Budget/Quotes/ Estimates/ Invoices/

  • Review estimates/invoices for any projects Ops initiates
  • Review CMO and Pinpoint (barcode) invoices
  • Assist in costing out programs when necessary
  • Ensure suppliers are on approved supplier list
  • Initiate any Third Party contracts/JPA/ Service Orders when necessary
  • Accountability for Budget
  • Financial Reporting to CBT/Internal

    TPM Management/

  • Create plan in TPM (if no SSO managing)
  • Cost out SMG programs
  • Send invoices/estimates/POP to SSO for payment
  • Ensure all contracts/agreements are signed and on file for compliance
  • TPM Set Up, Maintenance and Reporting (based on specific account needs)
  • Invoice Payment and Third Party Compliance - Estimates/ Invoicing/Proof of Performance
  • Project/Creative/Production
  • Participate in project kick off meeting to understand scope and role
  • Input to execution/Program design
  • Main Point of Contact (POC) for coupon projects
  • POC for any projects assigned directly by SMG Manager
  • Trademark/Resources expertise (Kitchens, Promo Resources, etc.)
  • Responsible for securing creative elements (recipes, logos, pack shots, images, etc.)
  • Route for BU/Legal/Third Party Reviews and Approvals
  • Responsible for management/ adherence to project timelines
  • Oversee printing, distribution
  • Participates in weekly status calls/updates w/agency
  • Agency management

    Strategic Shopper Marketing Planning and Execution/

  • Manage project initiation
  • Manage creative process
  • Input to execution/Program design
  • Approves final creative
  • Participates in weekly status calls/updates w/agency
  • Agency Management

    In-Ads/Misc coupon/tearpad requests/

  • Compiles information from Sales for request
  • gains project approval from SMG Manager
  • Route for development and all approvals
  • Oversee printing, distribution
  • Approves Sales request
  • Determines if needs final approval on creative

    Coupons/ Redemption/

  • Main Point of Contact (POC) for coupon projects
  • Forecast estimated redemptions for all programs
  • Track/reconcile monthly redemptions
  • Reconciles redemptions within TPM (if no SSO managing)
  • Reconcile redemptions within TPM
