Our client's  US Integrated Media and Promotions teams is seeking a dynamic Manager of US Promotions to drive a national promotional strategies. These programs will be measured based on the ability to create incremental placement and sales at retail, as well as consumer awareness for key brands. This individual will create new programs with business partners, lead agency management and partnership with global promotional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all support and development of  US Marketing promotional programs:

  •  With Vice President, create and execute promotional strategies that activate our brands at retail through innovative, consumer solution programs.

  •  Knowledge and experience working with either Wal-Mart or Target in building out promotional programs required

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with partners and educate other CPG brands on the power of the companies portfolio with ability to translate their goals to the clients programs.

  •  Ensure all activities are tied to an integrated marketing communication plans, partnering with internal teams, including brands, media, and PR.

  •  Oversee the day-to-day agency management to ensure development of tools and process to ensure on time and budget activations.

  • Develop executive level reports and recommendation on promotional programs based on effectiveness.

  •   Partner with the global licensing team identify opportunities for licensed programs to be activated with the US retail; define the US opportunity and successful pitch partners on the win win program.
