Services Request Coordinator

The Services Request Coordinator will drive efforts in building and tracking commitments of client and internal requests (launch, project, upgrade) out of the Technology Services organization by coordinating activities between account services and software development organizations.

This position will report to the Senior Manager of Small Project Delivery, who also owns Services Front Door and Master Scheduling.

The Services Request Coordinator will play a key role in the phases of the request commitment process:

Triage/Vetting –The candidate will interface with subject matter experts across many organizations and validate quality of submitted materials. The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel and have the organizational intelligence to ask the right questions in order to evaluate requirements for request elements that will require software development work.

Estimation – This position will help coordinate the successful delivery of estimate requests within committed timelines, assist in prioritization, intelligently identify issues requiring escalation and report on status.

Scheduling – The candidate will assist in building soft-committed delivery plans while analyzing launch operational factors and staffing constraints.

Commitment – This position will require organizational skills to track open commitments drive resolution and manage expiration of aged delivery plans.
