Are you an innovative and engaging Service Design Manager looking for a truly unique opportunity to be part of a brand new team? This is a role that will enable you to be a thought leader producing work that will have a real and positive impact on Victorian Citizens.
Working within the innovative Digital Engagement team where incubation of innovative ideas and diversity of thought are prized, you will provide leadership and direction to the new Service Design team and implement a whole of Victorian Government (WoVG), best in class UX research and design strategy.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity that will allow you to use your extensive skillset to inspire stakeholders across government to bolster the uptake of services and establishing a framework for public consultations. You will be creating a visible and accessible service blueprint that can be utilised and be a benchmark for the Victorian public service and the community alike.
You will be leading a small but talented design and research team, continually contributing to the strategic decision making process and leading the WoVG digital strategy, working to shape government web services for the benefit of all Victorians.
