Service Continuity Analyst

Our client, financially stable, well established and reputable in the automotive captive finance industry is looking to bring onboard a Service Continuity Analyst resource to be a part of their Enterprise Systems Innovation - Systems Support Team. The Service Continuity Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, developing and delivering projects, enhancements and fixes that meet the service and loyalty objects of our client.

The role encompasses:
Large program management of Business Continuity Management Program which consists of Crisis Management Plan, Emergency Action Plans, Technology Recovery Plans (Disaster Recovery), Business Recovery Plans (Business Continuity) and Contingency Plans
Ensure that the client and its vendors’ Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are regularly evaluated, updated, tested;
Serves as backup to the manager of BCM, assist in developing practices, policies and strategic planning for Systems Support
Manage daily operations, facilitate data breach incident management for the business
Directs resources through existing processes, ensure systems compliance with data security policy
Formal project management of medium to large systems projects
Drive solutions that meet clients’ internal and external customer needs

Qualifications
Understanding of business systems, systems testing, technical and business writing
Ability to document technical business requirements as part of program and project management
Attention to details, reliable documenter and persistent in open issue follow up and business resolution
Understanding and having previous experience with project lifecycle – pre-scope, scope, design, build, test, rollout and warranty
Strong planning and organization skills

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Management or related degrees
10-15 years’ work experience, preferably in captive finance or financial services
5+ Years experience in Business Continuity Planning and/or Operational Management in Financial Services
5+ Years experience in program management skills (able to manage multiple projects within a program)
Strong presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Proven track record of being able to work and communicate to technical and non technical associates
Collaborative and flexible style
Experience in identifying, developing, and implementing DR/BC-related strategic and tactical plans
Prior DR/BC in experience in regulated industries
Experience in ITIL Service and Continuity Management Preferred
Experience in COBIT/ISO Standards Preferred
Experience with designing and implementing BC – DR tools, notifind and Assurance (LDRPS)
Strong change management skills
Strong business and technical writing skills, Business Analyst background
Leadership skills required to capture and prioritize competing initiatives ensuring achievement of dates and deliverables
Strong strategic thinking abilities
Strong communication skills, verbal & written
