The Web Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of the company web initiatives.

This role will leverage the programs and technology currently within AUS, while incorporating the latest, most impacting elements of the web. Manager will lead generation efforts by strategically and creatively using techniques to drive traffic to our website who ultimately request to meet with Sales professionals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring the AUS website is user-friendly, easy to understand and navigate, and also a powerful tool for lead generation efforts.
• Recommends social media strategies and must gain organizational support and sponsorship in that process.
• Will work with and manage ongoing outside vendor relationships to ensure our website is meeting expectations.
• Will lead SEM efforts by researching, recommending and implementing innovative ways to acquire more customers.
• Manages the Google Ad words program by working closely with the web marketing representative.
• Will lead project implementations and will oversee the execution of high impact email campaigns to completion.
• Manages cross functional teams within AUS to include: Marketing, Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing.
• Provides ongoing results and data analysis, including website traffic, conversions and revenue associated with new customers from web leads.
• Captures internal and external and competitor best practices and will recommend strategies based on that analysis.
• Incorporates social media elements into lead generation strategies.
• Will provide support to other general marketing team initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Proven ability in working with an email campaign providers.
• Working knowledge of SalesForce.com
• Understanding Google Ad words.
• Excellent analyst skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through independent efforts and cross-functional teams.
• Must be a strategic thinker.
• Experience working with multiple web marketing vendors and agencies.
• Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends in social media.
• Proven leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to influence others, set vision and lead organization to achieve assigned project goals.
• Solid project management skills.
• Must be highly detail orientated and persistent to provide thorough follow-up.
• Ability to create and present project business plans.
• Ability to quantify, analyze and report project results.
• Ability to work well with other internal departments and staff of all levels.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of project management software is helpful.
