Our client is an established and leading digital marketing agency providing next generation digital services for today's marketers, with locations throughout the United States and Europe. We are currently searching for an experienced Analytics Manager who will oversee and is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of website analytics. The Manager will advise on the implementation of web analytics monitoring tools across sites managed by our clients for data collection and analysis in order to provide insight of digital marketing initiatives for clients as well as internal team members.

Summary of essential job functions
• Defines, leads and consistently employs, improves and shares analytics, optimization and performance production processes, standards, templates and best practices
• Develops strategic and analytical solutions to support custom digital and/or multi-channel marketing solutions (competitive analysis, audience analysis, prioritization exercises, business case support)
• Exhibits a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple data inputs - web sites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, personalization, market research, etc.
• Identifies analytics and tracking technologies and oversees their implementation
• Manages analytic and reporting functions while using insights to advise teams on the best client marketing strategies
• Provides research, analysis and formal presentation and dashboard reports in support of current and developing business initiatives
• Develops approaches to measure program and overall marketing effectiveness on an ongoing basis to yield defensible results.
• Works closely with Account Directors and Media Buyers to gather and report on account performance data
• Ensures A/B testing and multivariate tracking is set up accurately when appropriate
• Reviews funnel analysis to optimize lead form creative
• Develops, maintains and evolves relationships with client partners and third party providers to drive the business forward
• Integrates and aligns diverse agency and client resources
• Drives thought leadership for the client and agency team
• Manages staff including scheduling and assigning work, reviewing performance, recommending salary increases, promotions, hiring and discharges
• Maintains and manages several projects at a time
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Minimum requirements
• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years experience working in an interactive marketing department or agency at a senior level
• 2-5 years hands-on experience in Google Analytics, custom reporting, conversion funnel optimization, attribution tracking and reporting
• Experience with Attribution tracking and reporting tools such as C3 Metrics

Knowledge of the following theory, principles, practices and/or content:
• Strong understanding of user research, user-centered design principles and online consumer behavior
• Expertise in site reporting software Google Analytics, excel and Power Point for tagging and tool setup.
• Familiarity with display and cost per click advertising models and a thorough understanding of ad serving platforms (Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DART), paid search engine marketing platforms (Google, Yahoo!)
• Digital project management and/or IT implementation experience.
• Landing page optimization
