Senior Web Analyst

One of our favorite clients has a new role that we are helping them with. They are seeking a Senior Web Analyst to join their incredible culture.

• Assist with the development of KPIs, metrics and reporting that results in actionable product and marketing insights relating to customer behavior, site performance, and new feature development
• Provide hands-on leadership on best practices related to web analytics, website measurement, and experience satisfaction tracking
• Define and pursue ad hoc analyses that identify emerging trends regarding the business and user behavior
• Lead the development of weekly and monthly management level reports and forecasting
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and discussions regarding analytics within the team and across departments
• Work with data tables and resources, using SQL and web analytics solutions, to make recommendations (Google Analytics experience a must and Google Universal Analytics is a plus)
• Be the subject matter expert and advocate best practices around web analytics and program / site measurement.
• Provide insights from the data to develop hypotheses for A/B and multivariate tests
• Manage one team member on Analytics team and work flow as well as UX testing
• Responsible for overall department performance and employee performance management
• Other duties as assigned

This position requires:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Sciences, Economics or Business is required. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum five years related work experience in online / business analysis, including three years management experience (the position does have supervisory responsibilities).
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics SQL required
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel and Macros
• Quantitative ability, including experience gathering and manipulating data from multiple sources
• Experience with website A/B and multivariate testing, tools and practices
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to interact with all levels of end users.
• Must be a positive team player with excellent collaborative skills and the desire to work closely with other marketing team members.
