Senior Web Analyst

Mission/Objectives: Our clients e-Commerce is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Web Analyst who will create and manage site performance analysis and clearly articulate recommendations to help drive improvements to site experience and the overall business for our clients mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should be a solutions-oriented self-starter with superior analytical skills, who can leverage a highly complex data set and extract key learnings. A quick learner, willing to learn new tools and techniques, he/she should also have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities: * Responsible for developing and executing all measurement and analysis plans * Define success metrics, develop measurement and reporting plans * Ensure accuracy with all reporting * Perform analyses and provide interpretation, guidance and strong recommendations to aid decision making and inform business planning. *

Develop and maintain web analytics reporting, including weekly dashboards, providing thorough insight into e-commerce business * Analyze navigation, page performance and internal search behavior and highlight any necessary optimizations needed * Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in Guest experience and work with cross-functional teams to make improvements * Develop quantitative analyses and ad-hoc reports to monitor performance and trends *

Work with Site Merchandising team to measure site usability and track effectiveness to optimize conversion * Collaborate with Site Operations and Marketing teams to conceive of A/B or multi-variant testing. Analyze results of A/B or multi-variant testing and make recommendations based on results. * Partner with Engineering to design, test, maintain and validate web analytics tracking on sites to ensure proper implementation * Create and maintain web analytics implementation documentation * Stay current on digital marketing and ecommerce trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and guest behavior to increase revenue and guest satisfaction

Qualifications * 5+ years of direct experience with data analysis and information reporting in the Web Analytics field; Experience with e-Commerce and Adobe Digital Marketing Suite (Site Catalyst/Discover), required * 4+ years business experience working in a marketing analytics or direct marketing capacity. * Ability to develop clear and concise thoughts into recommendations and findings * A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who is self-motivated and tenacious when tackling tough issues *

Strong report building, formatting and presentation skills * Solutions-oriented with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results * Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of diverse requests, priorities and tasks with little direct supervision * Attention to detail, able to validate data and recognize anomalies * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrated effective leadership and partnering skills * Proven team player
