The Senior Web Account Executive is the day-to-day contact for top tier web clients and responsible for ensuring that all tactical responsibilities are executed along with strategically proposing new opportunities and ideas to drive revenue for them and their clients. They must receive and fulfill requests with the utmost quality and in a timely manner by coordinating workflow between internal departments. This person should be able to communicate well and manage expectations across clients and internal teams. While performing duties, the Senior Web Account Executive maintains a top level of knowledge of what is developing within the industry as well as each specific client and defines and manages requests accordingly. The Senior Web Account Executive is responsible for working with clients to get agreements and to build marketing plans for web marketing initiatives including paid search, email, display ads, social, and affiliate marketing as well as content opportunities. Responsibilities also include working closely with the Web Marketing Team, Production Team and Design Team to execute on site builds and marketing activities.

This is a base salary plus commission position with focus on generating revenue through marketing channels. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

• Main day-to-day contact for all clients to execute requests flawlessly while adhering to clients’ strategic direction
• Generate ideas and opportunities to grow and maintain client’s business
• Define and work with internal teams to execute on marketing programs
• Lead internal and external meetings/calls
• Keep general knowledge of all client projects, even if not team lead for project
• Weekly reporting and performance updates to clients and internal teams
• Ongoing client communications at all defined critical touch points
• Strong knowledge of organic and paid search, display ads, and affiliate marketing
• Strong analytic skills to provide ongoing results back to clients
• Identify and execute on optimization opportunities for web sites and marketing activities
• Establish weekly client goals and execute on these items
• Responsible for getting client approvals on new marketing program turn ups
• Coordinate and clearly communicate across internal teams to support web site builds and marketing launches
• Management of all client asset collection and entering into task management system for appropriate teams

Requirements for the position include:
Ability to work with all levels of management with the client and internally
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to create marketing proposals and presentations and deliver to clients
Site and campaign optimization experience and knowledge
Preferably experience with online lead generation programs or wireless (i.e. Debt consolidation, educational leads, insurance leads)
Social marketing and basic SEO knowledge
Strong online marketing background and core knowledge of the following channels – paid search, email, display management, and affiliate marketing channels
Strong organizational and project management skills needed
Detail oriented and sense of urgency
Ability to create and manage full marketing plan with a team of channel owners; optimize the campaign and report and summarize on results

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years experience with client management
• 4+ years online marketing experience
• Strong Communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Must have a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Confident, independent, self-motivating and success driven
• Works well in team environment
• Some travel required as dictated by client need
