Senior Visual Designer

What you’ll do

As a Senior Designer, you’ll be an owner and contributor in the craft and delivery of design on a product development team. You’ll help lead the breakdown of a problem into needs and requirements, adjusting your processes, tools, and deliverables to build iterative solutions and clear next steps. You also articulate the importance of strategic and art direction clearly when you present designs, balancing business and audience needs. With a keen eye to detail, you also produce deliverables with or without support from other designers, while upholding the best quality of design possible. In your day-to-day you will:


  • Translate the holistic product experience into day-to-day direction and delivery of design to help your team build the product

  • Have direct contact with clients to represent and explain design decisions and deliverables crafted by you and your team

  • Clearly communicate with your project team to make sure they have full design support and jump in on other tasks as needed

  • Constantly collaborate with your project team leaders and department heads on how to improve your skills, advance your project’s success, and contribute to the company

  • Propose or support at least one project per quarter that drives improvements for the company

You have the required credentials


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a client services or agency environment

  • Experience or familiarity solving problems across multiple technology platforms (eg. browsers, applications, operating systems, mobile and connected devices, other hardware)

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools

  • Understanding of development practices and experience directly collaborating with development teams

  • Strong communication, client services, and interpersonal skills

  • Fierce passion for collaboration and growing with others
