Senior UX Designer/researcher

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned UX professional to manage and craft creative solutions on a day to day basis and drive the long-term evolution of the platform and related services. The candidate will work closely with a well-established and dedicated team of UX, Visual Design, Copy, Content, Front End, Business Consulting & Analysis and on demand Consumer Research and Experience Strategy professionals

Project overview: We are looking for a senior UX professional to drive the evolution of an MVP brand and design portal of one of the most renowned brands in the world. Within in the last ten months, a cross-functional, deeply collaborative team has defined the future state experience based on user and market needs, and released an MVP.

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Lead UX track and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to find compelling design solutions.
· Evaluate the feasibility of proposed features and create phased approaches to development.
· Translate business requirements into visual concepts and prototypes
· Champion lean UX and human centered-design in close collaboration with internal and client teams.
· Develop, collaborate on and maintain design patterns.
· Lead by example and show way forward in lean UX design, by e.g. by going right from white board sketches into design and quick prototypes.
· Lead and support transition of static html to AEM for a fully responsive website.
· Challenge front and back end development to deliver best in class product design execution and interaction design.
· Take end-to-end responsibility by creating design deliverables that serve the needs of both business and technology.
· Facilitate participatory design and other interactive work sessions with our client teams.
· Plan and execute rapid usability and design validation for the end-to-end experience to inform design solutions.
· Create client presentations and executive summaries.

Requirements:
· Proven track record of owning or playing a fundamental role in the UI/UX/Interaction design process from concept to launch
· Proven ability to bring to market consumer-oriented digital products, services, and/or experiences.
· Demonstrated leadership with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
· Experience managing team members with varied skills and responsibilities.
· Strategic thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriate design decisions / recommendations.
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and achieve results working with seasoned multifunctional teams.
· Proven track record of Lean UX and/or Agile software development processes and how UX integrates.
· Experience managing with responsive best practices.
