Senior UX Designer (Android Experience)

Our client, an exciting financial services company, is looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team, onsite in NYC! This role will work on a newly launched rewards program team. They are the first loyalty coalition program in the U.S. that allows consumers to use one loyalty card to earn and use points across some of the biggest national brands.

We are looking for an experienced designer and UX expert to join their Product team. You will work daily with other designers, engineers, and copywriters to create lo-fi sketches and pixel-perfect high res products.

So what are some of the day to day responsibilities? I’m glad you asked!
-You will lead and co-lead design projects throughout the product lifecycle. Some will be quick, some will be longer, but all should have the same high quality and thoroughness of thought
-You will create assets for user testing and live products, as well as some one-off business needs.
-You will include UX in all designs and output
-You will develop designs based on real user feedback
-You will be autonomous. You’ll be able to roll up your sleeves and attack problems both in products and in the process

So what do you need to get into the door for this amazing opportunity?
-You must have a proven track record of working with a business to understand user needs and translate them into amazing product design
-You must have proven experience taking business needs and translating them into product design and UX.
-You must have at least 4 years of experience designing web and mobile products, specifically ANDROID
-You must not be afraid of thinking big abd thrive on being internally energized to create amazing new products
