Senior UX Designer

One of our OC Clients is looking for Senior UX Designers to own the design leadership and execution of key end to end experiences for client engagements.

This person must be an excellent hands on designer that can create exciting results on their own, and both participate in and lead a cross-functional team through a collaborative design process to deliver rapid prototypes, user stories, concept sketches, experience storyboards, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, motion design, design research and usability.

The senior UX designer needs to be competent in all of facets of the design process, and exceptionally talented and skilled in at least one major area (e.g. Visual and motion design, or Interaction and information architecture design). Most importantly, the senior designer needs to have sufficient conviction in their designs to own the emotional dimensions of the product, ensuring that the experience delivered is ultimately emotionally irresistible.

Big brand experience and advanced experience in Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts a must.
Strong skills in visual and motion design preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years designing UXs for (preferably) B2B web applications
• Candidate needs to show show strong communication skills and high levels of technical competency.
• Needs to work with a cross-departmental team to streamline and improve user workflow and interaction with a enterprise-level SaaS offering.
• Will interact directly with product managers, developers, sales engineers, key stakeholders and potentially clients.
• Candidate needs to show show strong communication skills and high levels of technical competency.
• Responsible for building wireframes, mind maps, flow charts, prototypes, etc. with team.
• Responsible for getting feedback from internal and external groups and A/B testing prototypes.
• Candidate needs to have a current portfolio showcasing their work from concept to production.
• Toolset will include Adobe Creative Suite, wireframing platforms and project management tools. Sketch knowledge a plus.
