Growing Philly agency is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team!

Must haves:
- Work collaboratively with a project team and support the Design team in the execution of all information architecture deliverables.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage their own deliverables, and be the voice for the user on all projects.
- Maintain good knowledge of current trends and industryjavascript:runActionProc('submit:save_post') best practices.
- Pharma and Mobile App experience are a HUGE plus!

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, user requirements gathering and analysis, competitive audits and market research
• Develop personas and scenarios to focus the team’s design efforts on the needs of key users
• Lead the team to translate business and user requirements into meaningful interactive experiences
• Develop detailed schematics, sitemaps and wireframes for highly interactive interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile & tablet)
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both visually and verbally
• Participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing
• Collaboratively develop prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients
• Participate in User Experience thought-leadership in both the company and the industry

Qualifications include (but are not limited to):
• 5+ years experience as an interaction designer, experience designer or information architect
• Experience developing user experience strategy and information architecture deliverables for pharmaceutical clients.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies and templates for content management
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience in client services and negotiating business decisions
• High tolerance for ambiguity matched only by your desire to organize it
• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Visio
• Degree in a related field, such as Library Science, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Technical Communications, English,
History, Anthropology, Economic
