Senior Traffic Manager/Director, Creative Services & Production Team

The Senior Traffic Manager/Director is responsible for collaborating with clients and creative teams to develop and execute strategic timelines that track resources, due dates and budgets through the life-cycle of large, multi-dimensional marketing campaigns. This candidate must demonstrate leadership and diplomacy at managing and prioritizing a high-volume of projects in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. Additionally this position requires an innate ability to constantly improve and streamline workflow processes to help increase operational efficiencies. Superior communication skills — written and verbal — are critical to the success of this position.

Traffic and Project Management
• Owns and drives the traffic process from inception to completion including -- budget development, creation of project schedule, managing resources for deliverables, raising red flags and ensuring adherence to the approval processes
• Experienced at developing comprehensive traffic strategies with clients and creative teams to identify and execute against business objectives and brand requirements (verbal and visual)
• Provide creative solutions when competing priorities arise between workflow processes and resources, i.e. legal review, proofing cycles, customer testimonials, data validations, brand consultations, production and delivery schedules

Business Operations
Workflow System and Project Tracking Systems
Serve as power-user to optimize and streamline workflow processes, standardize nomenclature, folder criteria and introduce best practices used by Fortune 100 companies
• Onboard and orient new hires to workflow processes and best practices for engaging with creative services
• Develop and deliver educational curriculum for MarketingCentral refresher sessions and serve as primary point of contact for new functionality implementations
• Generate project status reports and perform analyses for internal clients upon request

Operational Excellence
• Innate ability to foster strong partnerships with clients, creative teams and vendors
• Possess a proven record of meeting marketing and business objectives via impeccable communication, relationship management, responsiveness, attitude and flexibility
• Provides accurate guidance and counsel based on business needs and requirements
• Ability to acquire rapid fluency in new technologies, software tools and workflows to eliminate manual work and collect data for analyses and process enhancements

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training – 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour
Healthcare experience preferred
Marketing communications / agency environment preferred
