Senior Supply Chain Analyst

This role leads the administration of the department project portfolio. This person will lead the assessment and analysis of continuous improvements to the database as well as business intelligence and reporting. This person will be the functional lead for all department transformational projects helping the company become a world-class sourcing organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and implement functional enhancements to the Portfolio Management Database
• Development and execution of internal and external department reporting
• Develop plans for implementation and change management for projects
• Partner with category leaders to develop and execute spend cubes
• Provides input and support for continuous improvement programs within the organization
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in the development, demonstration, procurement, and implementation of transformational tools
• Builds relationships and effectively partners across varied functions with key internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to influence change
• Communicates proactively with all stakeholders
• Provide functional and technical support for strategic sourcing teams located in San Francisco, Europe, Japan and China
• Administration of all strategic sourcing technology applications


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or management information systems (MIS)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Expertise in business intelligence and data analysis
• Project Management Expertise
• Expertise with E-Sourcing, Contract Management, spend analytics and Supplier Relationship Management platforms

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (continued):
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (intermediate to advanced)
• Expertise in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Access (advanced)
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels and demonstrate a professional presence
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle issues and challenging situations
• Highly motivated; demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment; while consistently delivering high-quality product in a timely manner
• Ability to learn and become a subject matter expert quickly
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset
