The Senior Strategist focuses on developing core insights that lead to compelling digital strategies for clients. Through consumer and market research, creative briefs, idea conception and social/mobile ecosystem development, you will play a key role in driving innovation and ideas for new and existing clients. As an ideal candidate, you should be passionate about the digital space, have an innate curiosity about consumer behavior, and is a strong presenter – selling through strategies to both agency and client teams.


  • Work with clients to define business/brand goals and develop digital strategies based on consumer insights, trend analysis and business objectives.
  • Understand the key trends that drive consumer behavior and affect the way that brands communicate – always living at the intersection of brands, culture and creativity.
  • Compile and conduct research for client teams as needed, which may include competitive data, emerging opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Oversee and execute key planning deliverables for client & team, including execution of the creative brief in partnership with the Creative Director and Account Director.
  • Provide strategic voice for clients across all platforms – web, social, mobile, tablet, email, guerilla, etc.

  • Skills and experience:
  • 5-8 years overall experience, including digital marketing and traditional planning.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - able to work in an autonomous environment.
  • Proven planning/strategy background and strong consultative skills.
  • Highly collaborative; team player; experience working with big brand clients.
  • Experience working with high-level clients and across entire organizations.
  • Able to build compelling strategic stories from a variety of inputs and information.
  • Comfortable working with creative, account and analytics teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree with Marketing or Business emphasis preferred.
