The Senior Specialist, North America Digital Marketing and Digital Brand Building – Email Marketing is responsible helping provide management, development, and execution of all digital marketing email programs supporting new pr innovations and core hero products for the cosmetic brands. Role requires close cross functional collaboration with business partners working in Creative, Social Media, Relationship Marketing, and Chan Merchandising (Web) to create a strong, cohesive, seamless brand experience across all digital in the customer decision journey

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Please itemize the specific accountabilities of the role with bullet points or numbers.)

x Supports Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Digital Brand Building in the creation of an email marketing strategy and the implementation of that strategy, including planning, maintaining, and updating email marketing calendar; w with copy and creative departments to develop emails; creating and testing web links for emails, gathering and ensure email lists are ready to go at launch of emails, launching emails and providing post launch and post campaign analysis x (20%) Helps contribute to strategy and campaign planning for cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with North America Marketing, Display, Search, Social Media, and Relationship Program teams.
x Work independently (while reviewing with Digital Marketing Sr. Manager) to identify and implement new online marketing campaigns for a number of brands
x Provide an email strategy to the Direct to Consumer and Boutique Merchandising teams, as a marketing partner drives sales in support of overall business and category goals.
x (15%) Generate timely reporting and analysis of all email marketing campaigns (owned and competitive), while consistently leveraging key learnings in creation of email strategy and approach
x Help recommend a strategy for the implementation of targeted email campaigns in increasingly focused outreach initiatives. Identify opportunities to create triggered email campaigns which drive increased sales with minimal intervention.
x Aggressively identify and develop opportunities to enhance brand presence in the competitive online arena.
x Analyze product sell through to assist with development of best practices
x Manage the implementation of the FAB email program includes email execution, reporting, creative development strategy for this key program.
x Create a plan for improving performance of all recurring emails, this will include managing the creative develop implementation, list building and reporting for these emails (includes Welcome Email, Club Newbie, Boutique Event Store Openings, Failed Transaction, Birthday, Ratings & Reviews, Replenishment String)
x (15%) Manage relationship with external partners including Email Service Provider and Coding Development
x (15%) Keep up-to-date with new technology opportunities in the email competitive landscape, work with legal and outside vendors to get new programs implemented which drive positive results.
x Responsible for the process to evaluate, select and bring online a new Email Services Provider and any other 3rd agencies necessary for successful execution of email campaigns.
x Support Senior Manager, Digital Brand Building in the uploading of completed creative assets for display campain helping choose appropriate targeting approach, and help monitor display campaigns to ensure optimization

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Please itemize using bullet points or numbers.)
> Bachelor’s degree required.
> 4-6 years of experience developing and executing results-oriented digital marketing email program
> Can translate business objectives, digital marketing goals, and online customer insights into impacting innovative brand-appropriate digital solutions.
> Deep understanding of and familiarity with digital email marketing, its uses and implications, and next-generation potential in brand and product marketing.
> Solution-oriented; takes consistent initiative and resourcefulness when it comes to resolving problems and going after new, valuable opportunities.
> Excellent written and verbal skills, knowing when and how to adjust tone and message to appropriate audiences.
> Effective partner management, negotiation, and operational skills with strong results orientation a
efficiency mentality.
> Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraints. Knows when to do vs. delegate.
> Nimble, adaptable, can go with the flow.
