Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Our client, a Fortune 500 organization is seeking a strong Marketing Manager to step into this key role overseeing marketing and making key decisions in the Tennessee and Alabama region. In this role, you will drive regional marketing plans and initiatives to include internal and external communications and the sales plan strategies to support growth. You will also manage the execution of these marketing plan initiatives/tactics to ensure successful implementation and desired results. In partnership with the sales and management teams, you will drive the development and execution of segment-specific, regional marketing strategies and programs to grow the business. This role will also support other assigned marketing initiatives and key elements of marketing planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supports local sales and regional general management with the implementation and execution of marketing programs and campaigns

-Supports the integrated marketing planning process by tracking the execution and effectiveness of local market campaign activities

-Serves as a liaison between national marketing and regional management to facilitate marketing campaigns and overall execution of marketing activities

-Supports the implementation of marketing best practices at the region level

-Supports innovation and the scaling of highly effective local market tactics and strategies

-Works with regional management to determine campaign-specific and overall marketing ROI
