Senior Readiness Content Manager

In this role, this person is the center of turning the company strategy into actual sales behavior. Along with this, comes the visibility of the senior leadership team including working with the senior Executive’s direct reports. You will be communicating for and to the most senior members of this company. Our team covers three basic areas: handle communications, trainings, and landing of all of the programs and tools with salesforce. The purpose of our team is to help make sure sellers know what their incentive compensation plans are, the variable component of the sales plans and the variable components that deals with commissions. This is a highly interactive role that is 25% writing, 50% in meetings or collaborating with others, 25% miscellaneous collaboration non-project related (with teammates/other)

Responsibilities include:
Working with the worldwide team to execute a launch strategy and plan for sustaining communications campaigns.
Drafting emails and developing presentations for leaders.
Helping prepare spokespeople across multiple departments, and the segments to support the plan messages. (This would include building communications material.)
Working with business leaders to develop an approach for communicating incentives to their specific teams.
Helping to develop training and video scripts.
Developing materials for presentations at field events,
Leading message development sessions and other creative meetings to build the story for our company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of communications experience
Agency experience a plus
Strong writing skills
Ability to translate complex concepts into jargon-free, seller-friendly language
Experience with story development and working with business leaders to build messages
Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
Confidence in championing ideas but with the finesse to push gently and win support
Genuine desire to help our sales team be more successful
Eagerness to learn new things and take on new responsibilities
Ability to learn and develop incentive compensation and audience expertise
Strong affinity for team work, collaboration, idea sharing, and laughter
