Senior Public Relations Representative-

In 1940, our client's founder opened a small architectural office in Ontario, California, to anticipate the demand for healthcare and institutional work that would come with peacetime after World War II. Today, our client is a 300-person company with nine offices and thousands of completed projects. Their purpose is to partner with their client's and communities to serve the greater good. They do so through passionate and empowered teams engages in a creative process resulting in impactful design solutions that enrich people's lives.

They're on the hunt for a Senior PR Rep to lead the communications initiatives. Someone that is passionate about This role will work with the Leadership team to develop strategies around those initiatives.

Requirements:
Experience in public relations, marketing communications, and social media content strategy, management, fulfillment, and analysis.
Proven proficiency overseeing all internal and external written communications to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging
Mastery of telling project stories—whether it’s through a blog, brochure, email campaign, tweet, or video.
Proven ability to manage 3-6 direct reports and oversee priorities
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multitasking environment
Experience researching opportunities for speaking engagements and venues to network as a representative of the client
Skilled in building relationships with community members and organizations aligned with the mission, in order to establish partnerships and corresponding publishing opportunities

Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in marketing communications and public relations
Bachelor degree English, Communications, Journalism or equivalent required
