Senior Project Manager- Personalization
Location- Piscataway, local candidates only. All work to be done onsite only
Duration- 12-30 months - long term contract
Benefits- Subsidized medical, dental, vision and 401k
hourly pay rate- DOE

NOTE: Position is onsite in Piscataway NJ only - no remote. One year assignment but will be extended based on need, budget and performance of selected worker. Digital Media Experience experience needed to be most successful in this role.

Personalization Job Purpose: Assists in developing and implementing personalization campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining and documenting site wide inventory; maintaining databases; preparing reports.

Personalization Analyst Job Duties:
• Acts as a liason between Internet Sales Operations and Marketing teams to ensure appropriate/personalization support of digital marketing campaigns.
• Assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing personalization strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing presentations; updating calendars.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Partners with CRM, Marcomm to ensure correct data profiles are being generated for all programs.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications: Direct Marketing, Digital Media Experience, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills

Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 3-5 years experience in Marketing and Project Mgmt.
