Vitamin T is seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our top agency clients!

Our best fit would navigate through multi-channel productions, maintain cool under pressure, and manage a variety of digital marketing campaigns simultaneously. The standard for our Senior Project Manager is a seasoned, client-facing agency guru who has no problem resourcing for large creative teams on Microsoft client projects.

Responsibilities:
Ensure project success within budget, timeline, and scope
Plan and track project expenses, billing, and invoices
Communicate expectations to clients and team members, and manage the process from kick-off, discovery, creative concept, production, execution, testing, and reporting
Provide meticulous documentation of project status, requirements, and performance
Create and oversee project schedule; ensure timely completion of tasks through all phases
Take lead on quality control issues and partner with team leads to mitigate project risks
General understanding of media platforms (e.g. social, programmatic buying, search)
High attention to detail and ability to problem solve quickly and confidently

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in an agency environment, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns; currently a Senior Project Manager or equivalent title
Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teams
Deep understanding of Microsoft marketing initiatives and performance metrics
Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly in an ambiguous environment
Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role
Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
Must be able to simultaneously focus on the big picture, details and driving results
