Senior Project Manager--Ecommerce/Marketing Analytics

This position is responsible for improving and optimizing the self serve user experience across the Self Serve properties, including My Web, Smartphone and Tablet. Projects include identifying current customer pain points and solutions through detailed analysis, developing concepts, and launching and marketing the products. Other responsibilities include supporting personalization initiatives, including building the strategy and implementing campaigns for on boarding customers.
Project lead identifies enhancements, outlines user experience, documents business requirements, communicates with stakeholders and follows up with analysis and reporting. The position requires that they partner with several cross functional teams and lead multiple critical projects simultaneously while ensuring on time delivery of all items associated with the project.

Breakdown of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing review of self serve functions to identify areas of improvement and drive those to implementation through effective evaluation and communication of the opportunity

• Review customer feedback on daily basis for self serve functions

• Monitor performance/health of applications via Web Reports and other performance tools to quickly identify trouble spots

• Research/vet enhancement opportunities with multiple stakeholders Customer Service, (business owners, IT, Legal)

• Write up requirements and coordinate enhancement with other teams (Support, colleagues working on project level enhancements)

• Track and report on enhancement metrics (conversion and/or traffic increase, reduced Call In volume, etc.)

• Process focus – strong understating of process design and inter-relationship between process and the cost development of technology solutions

• New Offer/Campaign strategy development in collaboration with Marketing, ISO, CRM, and other Channel teams that optimizes offer conversion within the channel

• Offer/Campaign Implementations – Experience managing the full lifecycle of programs/offers


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years marketing experience in ecommerce marketing, website management or website merchandising
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, preparing reports and recommendations
• Strong analytical and technical skills required.
• Experienced in evaluating creative and recommending improvements to improve results
• High computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required for data manipulation and presentations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a professional capacity
• Ability to work under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
• Must be extremely detail oriented and have a passion for thoroughness and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
• PC and desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.)
